Sunam (owner) and his team went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience during my 4 months living/working in Kathmandu - all services. The location it’s walking distance of most touristic attractions, embassy’s, corporate offices, good restaurants, coffee shops, super markets, etc and at the same time in a very quiet area. They also offer tour services in case someone wants to explore Nepal from a weekend or longer term. You should definitely keep in mind Karma Tara next time you are planning to visit Nepal.
